Allows you to create a character of any currently available class, with the exception of Hayato, Kanna, Cygnus Knights, Xenon, Shade, Zero, Beast Tamer, Kinesis, Ark, Illium, Cadena, Pathfinder, and Hoyoung.
Can only be purchased using a character that's Lv. 150 or higher, and there must be a free character slot on that world. After purchase, a character with an item that can level it up to Lv. 150 is created in the world where the purchase was made.
On the character screen, you will see a "Create Character" card.
Be careful when using the level-up item, as SP (Skill Points) cannot be obtained if you do not do the job advancements. You must use the character card in the character creation window before you can purchase another.
