Use this item by double clicking it, then selecting the equip item you want to use it on. Once this scroll is applied, the next time a scroll that changes non-potential stats is used on the item, you will be given the choice of keeping the old stats or accepting the stat changes. Regardless of your choice, the Return Scroll effect will be consumed. This scroll cannot be used in combination with Shield Scrolls, and cannot be used on some items.
