Using this on equipment that can be upgraded will preserve the scroll if its use fails 0 time. The protection effect disappears even after a successful scroll use.
Can be used along with Shielding Wards and Shield Scrolls.
Cannot be used on equipment that cannot take scroll upgrades, or pet equipment that has already been upgraded.
