Resets all stats on an item, except for Hidden Potentials. Can only be used on equipment levels 105 and below. If used on an item that grows, the item may revert to its pre-growth state.
Cannot be used on items that have Scissors of Karma, Sharing Tag, Item Guard applied. Additional stats will not be reset.
