This scroll allows you to move 1 SP from one 3rd job advancement skill to another. If you put the SP into a 1st or 2nd job skill after taking your 3rd job advancement, you can also move that. Dual Blades can move 2+ and 3rd job advancement skills. Zeros cannot use this scroll.
