Transfers an item's bonus stats to another item of the same name.
The first item will disappear upon having its bonus stats transferred to the second item.
Items that do not have the Scissors Usages Available stat will be set to 10 uses, except for specific items.
Cannot be used on the following items:
- Items that can be traded
- Items that cannot be enhanced
- Lapis and Lazuli items
- Equipment Trace
- Items that don't have bonus stats
- Items that disappear when you log out
