Mimir's Well Water, prepared especially for Cannoneers. You can't consume more than 100 of them and you can only consume them until December 20th.
When consumed by a Cannoneer, EXP will increase by 10% before level 50. From level 50 to 99, EXP will increase by 5%. It can't be consumed at level 100 or higher.
