Our one-month trial begins when you first sign up for a Maplestory Network account. Many "supporter-only" aspects of the service will be disabled including removing advertisements, dark mode, and more if billing information has not been provided by the end of this period.

Need more time? You can always reach out to us and request for a one-time trial extension.

We provide this platform to everyone for free, in the spirit of free-to-play gaming. This is possible due to advertisement revenue and support from maplers like you. The membership completely optional and you won't lose out on any core features of our platform ever; that's our promise.

To allow for us to support the worldwide Maplestory community, our membership directly helps cover server infrastructure costs and the continued development of new features. We intend to give back a majority of any additional revenue to the community via giveaways and supporting Maplestory content creators.

We like to keep it simple and clean: $2/month.

We also offer generous discounts to educators, college/university students, or those working in the video game industry. Additionally, we provide free lifetime memberships if you actively or previously worked for Nexon.

We use Stripe as our payment processor, trusted by major companies such as Twitter, Amazon, Lyft, Spotify, and many more. When signing up for a membership, a "Stripe Id" is generated and associated to your account.

No financial credentials / information is ever stored on our servers.

We are more than happy to fully refund any memberships if requested within two weeks of the last renewal date.
